Biometry is any technique that allows the measurement of vital characteristics or physical properties of a person. More specifically deals with understand how some of these characteristics of the human body, unique to each individual, may be used as a tool for individual recognition. The application of biometriy in the study of physical characteristics, allows to identify a number of factors which enable the identification of a subject, providing a response in probabilistic terms.
