The paper deals with the issue of Internet providers liability in the framework of the dialogue between national judges and the jurisprudence of the EU Court of Justice, describing it with reference to the more general profile of the system of multilevel sources in the unification process. Through the critical analysis of the jurisprudential contribution constantly provided by EU’s and national Courts, the author summarizes a framework of permanent interpretative uncertainty, deeming indispensable the reaffirmation and consolidation of shared legal rules.
