With the advent of new technological systems, the industry is also undergoing considerable change. In what is now called Industry 4.0, human-machine interaction is the crucial aspect of improving production activity. Useful tools, which are sometimes used profitably, are chatbots. Modern chatbots can be used as virtual assistants to guide workers through different stages of company production. Such systems can interact with users directly and can assist workers by acting as simple reminders to follow them in training activities. This work aims to propose a framework capable of developing chatbots for the training of employees in a company. This tool aims to be a proactive virtual assistant that simplifies and follows the employee during the learning phase of new tasks, which sometimes may be complicated. In order to validate the proposed framework, a prototype was developed, and an experimental campaign was conducted involving a group of new employees to be trained, obtaining promising results.
