Nowadays, the world of agriculture is getting smarter and smarter. The development of crops will also occur due to technological systems that can provide advantages to the natural process. These systems can monitor, manage, and predict crops’ needs by intervening where necessary to maximize production. However, this may not be enough in the current scenario, where there is an overlap of data that is not always fully exploited. Such data, which currently feed increasingly complex systems in addition to supporting crop management, could also play a key role in product enhancement. This paper aims to introduce a framework able to work on two aspects: the management and the valorization of agricultural products. In particular, the data collected, in addition to being used to monitor, manage, and predict typical crop scenarios, can be used to trace a product history that can be shared with customers. In order to test the proposed framework, a prototype able to interact with expert users and customers has been implemented and tested. The experimental results are promising.

Abstract
The experimental results are promising.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
