This paper shows the influence of the current 2020 pandemic on relationships in European Virtual Teams (VT). Using Social Network Analysis, it is possible to identify the presence of various components of participants of a study conducted in UCINET, using the results on and International Master’ degree class of n.14 students from European Union. The result of this analysis will be evaluated based on three dimensions: interaction, support, and participation. The study of these three dimensions will result in a relatively united group and the presence of dyads and triads. The results show a lack of reciprocity in some of the connections between the various nodes of the network which may be due to the online working environment. Participants have no direct relationship due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To assess the accuracy of these relations, an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of using social network analysis is conducted.
