Abstract

After slowly and laboriously freed from an unfavourable and not artis- tically appreciable vision, street art can be considered, to date, a well-estab- lished expression of the «mainstream», capable of influencing the real estate market in an incisive way. It can be said, indeed, that it has been the subject of a «cathartic» process, now concluded, which no longer considers it as an activity of disfigurement and vandalism of the property, but as a new art form, represented in public and permanently destined for the enjoyment of the community.
