Abstract
We describe a case of pure neuritic leprosy, in which, in the absence of skin lesions of Hansen's disease, clinical diagnosis was confirmed by means of ulnar nerve biopsy, suggesting dimorphous lepromatous leprosy. Conversely, sural nerve biopsy was consistent with dimorphous tubercoloid leprosy. This report shows the clinical and pathological unstability of dimorphous leprosy.File in questo prodotto:
