Therefore, inthispaper,weproposeacomplexandinnovativestructureofsmart city services.Themaincontributionoftheproposedapproachistoconsolidate the interconnectionofservicesthatisaffected bythechangingcontext.Itwill also leadtoabetterunderstandingofthecomplexityinasmartcity.Thepre- sented conceptualmodelhasadirectinfluenceonthepracticaldevelopment of asmartcity.Sinceeverycountryandcityapproachestheservices’struc- ture differently,thesmartcitymodelisderivedwiththelackofacommon understanding ofvarioussmartcities.Inthecaseofacceptingourmodelasa common solution,thesharingofknowledgeandinformationamongcitiesand countries wouldbeeasierandmorevaluable.Thepaperalsoshowshowthecur- rent knowledgeinservice-dominantlogicandservicesciencehelpstodevelop a newpracticalapproachtounderstandingthesmartcitystructure.
