The paper reproduces the report presented during a conference on sports law. It examines some of the complex issues that are related to the so-called ‘Juventus F.C. case’. The author describes the sports rules violated and analyses the jurisprudence of the sports courts. The analysis is based on a unified vision of the whole legal system, which is composed of several sources. In conclusion, the author offers a critical analysis of art. 4 CGS and hopes for a legislative intervention in the field of sports justice system.
