Per il Tribunale di Modena, ad una cittadina italiana di origini indiane, il cui consenso al matrimonio sia stato estorto con minacce ad opera della famiglia di origine, può essere riconosciuto l’annullamento dell’unione celebrata all’estero. La condizione è che non vi sia stata “coabitazione” per un anno, e, dunque, “completa” vita coniugale, successivamente al cessare della violenza.
