Algunas reflexiones sobre los giros epistemológicos en la filosofía jurídica analítica de los siglos XX y XXI

This paper will show the different kinds of epistemological turns presented in the framework of the analytic legal philosophy between 1961 and 2015. To do this it will use three argumentative axes. The first will diagram first-order epistemological turns (linguistic and naturalist) in the history of analytic philosophy of twentieth century. The second will land the latter on analytic legal philosophy making a reconstruction of the arguments after the publishing of H. L. A. Hart’s The Concept of Law and the Postscript to its second edition; to finally answer where is the direction of the twentieth-one ten- dencies? The third will exam the second-order epistemological turns (hermeneutical and interpretative) meaning nowadays where is the legal epistemology’s state of art.
