Starting from a recent clarifying intervention by the Ministry of Labour, regarding the transparency rules required by the third sector code related to the name assumed by the non-profit branch of the religious body, this paper analyzes an administrative dispute that shows the difficulties of reconciling a balanced satisfaction of the public and general interests involved and the needs of legal qualification.
