Abstract
The article intends to analytically target the vitality and visibility of the theoretical paradigm of food sovereignty, firstly by intercepting its salient profiles that have orchestrated the becoming of that seductive bottom- up instance, which, over time, has made possible the conformation of a specific right of states and communities to determine their own food policy; and, subsequently, verifying its juridical circulation in the legal contexts of the new Andean constitutionalism that have benefited from the intrinsic animosity of the concept, in perfect harmony with the counterhegemonic vision promoted by the buen vivir, which has become, like food sovereignty, a principle of constitutional relevance, transposed and placed at the foundation of state institutions.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
