Objectives: The contribution concerns the educational and training needs linked to the transition of new teaching methods and tools mediated by digital technology and to investment in Career education programs and the Career Management Skills’ s promo- tion. Methodology: In a qualitative perspective, is analyzed an action research project in a theoretical framework of existentialism and personalism, using narrative and au- tobiographical techniques and digital and e-learning tools. Results: The T.A.L.E.N.T.I. project is under construction and it’ s about the development of teaching-learning en- vironment enhanced by digital technology, that through reflective practice, aims to train people in self-care and self-guidance. Limits and implications: The reflection illustrates the connotative dimensions of the project. There is a vision of change that emphasizes didactic interaction’ s models that use technology to create new paradigms and plan activities, recognizing a strategic function in the guiding value of didactics. Originality: T.A.L.E.N.T.I. exemplifies Blended Collaborative Constructive Participa- tion approach, to be developed through the Research-Based approach.
