Abstract
The Stellantis plant in Melfi was Fiat’s last major investment in Southern Italy in the first half of the 1990s. Although it had a large production capacity and a considerable number of employees, its impact on the rest of the local economic has always been very limited. Furthermore, the current shift to electric cars risks further impoverishing the first-level local supply chain localized at the time, due among other things, to the lack of more binding public policies and in relation to reorganization of supply chain by Stellanis.File in questo prodotto:
