Solidarietà eccentrica. Profili costituzionali, rilievi comparativi e declinazioni prospettiche sostenibili

The article proposes to analyse the theme of solidarity in the light of the dynamics that mark its topicality in order to perimeter its assets. The analytical objective intercepts the need to reason on the theme in a general way, on the profiles that connote solidarity as a legal norm, on the prismatic character that substantiates its intimate constitutional essence, on the dynamics that innervates and by which it is traversed in the Italian and European legal system from a comparative perspective, and, in the final analysis, on the possible opportunity to connect it to the theoretical paradigm of environmental sustainability in order to revitalise its scope.
