The article moves from a twofold analytical ambition: to perimeter the normative scope of the pacifist principle in order to show how peace represents an indefectible axiological prius of every fundamental right and inalienable duty; to offer a legal reflection on the relationship between artificial intelligence and peace, exploring the opportunities that such an emerging technology offers in relation to the promotion of pacifism and conflict prevention.
