The development of XR technologies has had significant momentum in recent years, affecting many application fields. The possibility of providing services based on Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, or Mixed Reality has given a considerable boost to the world of cultural heritage, in particular, discovering new ways of interacting with artifacts and allowing the accessibility of cultural sites to increase. Consequently, this work presents a workflow capable of enhancing users' cultural experiences through the possibilities provided by an immersive experience based on the metaverse. In addition, the framework aims to integrate personalization services based on the use of Recommendation Systems that aim to suggest the most suitable environments for user preferences. In addition, the framework also aims to support expert users who have to design environments by providing value-added services for their presentations. The recommendation services provided by the framework will be tested with encouraging results.
