The abilities and knowledge needed to interact with different cultures and to interpret and analyze both the behavior of others and his own is one of the most important characteristics of people in today’s world. It requires a strong motivational push to adapt to culturally different contexts and to acquire new knowledge. The Inclusive Learning Spaces have this as main purpose, specifically to train Culturally Intelligent Human Resources. This work reports the case of 3CLab – Cross Cultural Competence Learning & Education – a research lab based at University of Salerno (Italy) which since 2017 has been operating with an international network of academics, students, managers and entrepreneurs. The theoretical approach that shapes all the practices within it is the Positive Organizational Scholarship.
