Abstract
This paper deals with a signal integrity issue specific to power electronic circuits: the crosstalk noise between the power and control sections. The case study investigated here involves a test-bench board mounting a power electronic voltage regulator, where parasitic capacitances in the PCB layout cause the crosstalk noise. The problem is analyzed using simulation and experimental results. Additionally, the paper addresses the measurement challenges associated with the probes' impact.File in questo prodotto:
