This paper presents The Last MusicBlade, an educational Action Role-Playing Game (Action RPG) to support learning and exploration of musical genres. Collaboration with Local Health Authorities provided feedback from educators and end-users, supporting its use as an auxiliary educational tool. Preliminary results indicate improvements in knowledge acquisition, motivation, and engagement, with potential therapeutic implications.
