This compd. crystallizes as clear prisms in the monoclinic space group P21 with a 99.112(1), b 9.743(2) c 13.423(3) Å, β 102.27(5)° and Z2. The structural final refinement of a blocked-matrix least-squares calcn. converged with R 0.038 and Rw 0.041.
