The crisis that has plagued the global economy since 2008 is now expanding to the social and political dimension, jeopardizing the entire civil order paradigm that has prevailed globally over the past few decades. The idea at the core of this paradigm is that the more society will be civil and free, the more it is able to reshape all basic aspect of social life according to the model of catallactics, where the order of values schould be the direct and changing product of the competition among all different subjective choises clashing, trading and intersecting on the market. This concept of “civilization” has been designed by neoliberal authors even before Second World War and , after a long oblivion, has globally prevailed with impressing speed and strength in the last decades. And it’s now declining with the same speed under our eyes. Which may be the key to the astonishing parabola of Neoliberalism?
