However, in recent years, the relations between politics, religion and law in secularized legal systems have taken on an important position in Habermas's writings. This interest has raised the perplexity of his interpreters: some have identified a weakening in the rationalistic nature of his theories. This essay explores the steps of Habermas's research work to make an evaluation of the post-secular age.
