The elements of consonance between the thought of Michel de Montaigne and that of Giordano Bruno are numerous to the point that some scholars have argued, even in the absence of decisive evidence, that the “Nolano” had been influenced by the man from Bordeaux in certain aspects of his philosophy. Abstract
The elements of consonance between the thought of Michel de Montaigne and that of Giordano Bruno are numerous to the point that some scholars have argued, even in the absence of decisive evidence, that the “Nolano” had been influenced by the man from Bordeaux in certain aspects of his philosophy. Infact, there are also some elements of distance between them, as well as there are some areas of interest in which the two philosophers share the same vision. However, from this vision they draw themes which develop in very different ways. This is the case with rhetoric.File in questo prodotto:
