Intracranial tumours are very rare congenital diseases accounting for 0.5-1.5% of all cases of brain tumours diagnosed during childhood. Even rarer are those with prenatal manifestation. Sonographic findings suggestive of a fetal brain tumour have been reported by only a few authors and only Sanjuan Rodriguez et al. described a case of extranasal frontal glioma. All of these lesions, including gliomas, present as more or less echogenous intra or extracranial masses. The histologic examination is therefore fundamental for the differential diagnosis. The prognosis of this lesion depends on the extent and the histologic grade. The treatment is surgical. We present a case of frontonasal glioma that we had the opportunity to observe.

Abstract
We present a case of frontonasal glioma that we had the opportunity to observe.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
