Abstract
The means of appealing the decisions rendered following the outcome of the first instance judgments, which are part of the so-called unitary procedure, return an alternating current regulatory framework, where the meritorious tension towards the unity of the system of remedies (and the positive declination of the consequences of their acceptance) is compared with the principles of the procedural-bankruptcy tradition and with the general rules of the appeals of common law, still calling the legislator to the solution of certain unresolved questions and to the fine tuning of important aspects of the discipline.File in questo prodotto:
