Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza e rigenerazione urbana: una prima mappatura dei progetti approvati

This work investigates how the issue of urban regeneration is addressed within the Italian regulatory framework and in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. Our aims are: i) to provide a brief review of the current Italian regulatory framework on urban regeneration; ii) mapping the projects approved and financed by the PNRR; iii) to critically discuss methods and criteria used for the allocation of resources, with a focus on the composite index of social and material vulnerability, the single crucial variable elaborated by Istat.
