The mismatch of skills in the European labor market is a phenomenon of particular interest for the European Union, which for years has been recommending that universities should adapt training courses and make them more consistent with the needs imposed by the technological transformation and the advent of digital media, which have changed the organizational and relational structures of companies. The European project TESEO has tried to respond to this mismatch through the creation of training courses, both formal and informal, for the development of digital skills with the aim of dealing with the social dynamics created by globalization and responding to the innovation needs of increasingly connected and competitive markets.

Abstract
The mismatch of skills in the European labor market is a phenomenon of particular interest for the European Union, which for years has been recommending that universities should adapt training courses and make them more consistent with the needs imposed by the technological transformation and the advent of digital media, which have changed the organizational and relational structures of companies. The European project TESEO has tried to respond to this mismatch through the creation of training courses, both formal and informal, for the development of digital skills with the aim of dealing with the social dynamics created by globalization and responding to the innovation needs of increasingly connected and competitive markets.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
