The study analyzed the phytochemical profiles of Glycyrrhiza glabra Calabrian leaves from different ecotypes at three phenological stages, revealing a high content of secondary metabolites (18 g/100g DM), mainly flavanones and prenylated dihydrostilbenes. The results show that soil and climatic conditions, as well as the developmental stage, significantly influence the metabolic composition.
