The unexpected social changes and the resulting consequences on the labor market require the improvement of the quality of the educational offer. Connected professionalisms need to be trained and formed again to comply collective demands. In accordance with aforementioned requests, university systems have to think over the educational path of educator, also in view of knowledge emerged from measurement tests TECO-D (Federighi, 2018; Torlone, 2018), defining fundamental core contents for this professionalism. This work expresses a few thoughts about curriculum organization to identifying strategies and methodologies for the promotion of design and organizational competences in future educator, aiming at practical arrangements and specific competences in the workplace.
